Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the program purchased and how much of the engagement has been delivered. This site does not process payments; refunds apply to fees paid under a confirmed service agreement with Connectintelliapi.

Timeframe

For Pathway Studio and similar multi-week programs, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if no live session has occurred and no substantial custom materials have been delivered. After the first live session, refunds—if any—are partial.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds return the fees paid for the unused engagement. Partial refunds deduct sessions already delivered at the pro-rata rate stated in your agreement, plus a reasonable preparation fee not exceeding 15% of the program price when custom work has begun.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-off intensives after delivery, third-party fees we pay on your behalf with prior approval, and downloadable templates once accessed are non-refundable. Continuum Retainer months already started are non-refundable, though you may cancel future months.

Refund process

Email info@connectintelliapi.digital with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline the calculation.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days where the payment provider allows. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation

You may cancel future Continuum months with 14 days’ written notice. Pathway Studio cancellations after week two are handled as partial refunds or credit toward a later cohort, at our discretion when capacity allows.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. If illness or similar circumstances prevent participation, contact us promptly; we may offer rescheduling instead of a cash refund when that better preserves program quality.
