Flagship program
Germany Career Transition Studio
A six-week employment consultation built for professionals who need a coherent transition story, market-fit targets, and practised conversations—not another vague coaching cycle.
Who it suits
Mid-career professionals in Germany changing sector, function, or employment form (employed to freelance, academia to industry, management to specialist). You should be able to dedicate roughly three focused hours weekly outside live sessions.
Learning outcomes
- A ranked shortlist of roles that fit your constraints and the German market
- A written transition narrative you can reuse in CVs, interviews, and LinkedIn
- Application materials reviewed against local conventions
- Interview practice for panel and competency formats common in Germany
- A personal decision rule for offers, counters, and “wait” options
Modules
- Week 1 — Constraint mapping Contract type, notice periods, geography, language, salary floor, and energy for risk. We name non-negotiables before generating options.
- Week 2 — Market signals Sector scans and role clustering using real postings and hiring patterns in Germany, with emphasis on Nordrhein-Westfalen where relevant.
- Week 3 — Narrative architecture Draft and stress-test the story that connects past work to the target role without inventing experience.
- Week 4 — Materials lab CV, cover letter patterns, and profile adjustments aligned with German employer expectations.
- Week 5 — Conversation practice Mock interviews and recruiter screens, including how to discuss gaps and pivots calmly.
- Week 6 — Decision design Offer evaluation, negotiation talking points, and a written plan for the first 30 days after a move—or a pause.

Program reviews
Week 3’s narrative architecture stopped me from burying my project-management years. That single rewrite changed how interviews opened.
★★★★☆Strong on materials. The limitation section in the FAQ matches reality: they will not place you in a job, and I appreciate that honesty.
FAQ
Is this a job-placement service?
No. Connectintelliapi provides employment consultation and career transition guidance. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or placement with employers.
What is a real limitation of this program?
If your target role requires a regulated license or formal recognition of foreign qualifications, we can help you plan around that process—but we cannot accelerate government recognition timelines. Those delays sit outside our control and may stretch your search beyond the six-week Studio window.
Can I join remotely?
Yes. Most sessions run by video. Optional in-person meetings are available at our Leverkusen office when schedules allow.
